**Eunha**, **SinB**, and **Umji** are beginning their next chapter together.

**UNCORE** announced that it had signed exclusive contracts with all three artists, confirming that the longtime bandmates intend to continue their activities as a team.

The agency said it plans to provide extensive support for the trio, citing the chemistry and teamwork they have developed throughout their careers.

While the members are staying together, the future of the **VIVIZ** name remains uncertain. **UNCORE** has been negotiating with their former agency, **Big Planet Made Entertainment**, in hopes of securing continued use of the group's existing name. However, the two sides have not reached a final agreement due to differences over the proposed terms.

With the members' return to activities serving as its priority, **UNCORE** confirmed that promoting the trio under a new team name is also being considered. The agency said the final name and additional details about their future activities will be revealed at a later date.

**Eunha**, **SinB**, and **Umji** originally debuted as members of **GFRIEND** in 2015\. Following the conclusion of the group's original agency contracts, the three singers reunited as **VIVIZ** in 2022 and released songs including "BOP BOP!" and the viral hit "MANIAC."

The trio departed **Big Planet Made** earlier this year following a contract dispute involving settlement payments and management support. Although their future name remains undecided, the move to **UNCORE** confirms that the three members plan to remain together.

No comeback date or new team name has been announced.
