Ghost Releases Trailer for Concert Film '2 Big to Rig'
The film documents two sold-out Mexico City concerts and begins its worldwide theatrical run August 26
Ghost have released the first official trailer for their upcoming concert film, 2 Big To Rig, which begins a limited worldwide theatrical run on August 26.
Directed by Amir Chamdin, the film captures Ghost's two sold-out September 2025 concerts at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. Shot on 16mm film, the footage documents the elaborate production behind the band's "Skeletour World Tour," which supported their 2025 album, Skeletá.
The trailer offers a first look at Papa V Perpetua and the Nameless Ghouls bringing the tour's massive stage show to the screen. Alongside professionally filmed performances, 2 Big To Rig ventures behind the scenes to spotlight the crew responsible for assembling Ghost's theatrical production each night.
The movie also serves as the only official professionally shot record of the phone-free "Skeletour," which prohibited audience members from using mobile devices during performances.
2 Big To Rig follows Ghost's 2024 feature Rite Here Rite Now. While that film combined concert footage with scenes expanding the band's mythology, the new release focuses on documenting the scale of the "Skeletour" and the work required to bring it to life.
Ghost: 2 Big To Rig arrives in cinemas and IMAX theaters worldwide beginning August 26. Watch the official trailer below.
