# Iron Maiden Put Planned Break on Hold for Surprise 2027 North American Tour

**Iron Maiden** have reversed plans to step away from the road in 2027, announcing a surprise third and final North American leg of the band's *Run For Your Lives Tour*.

The newly announced run begins April 14 at the *Tacoma Dome* in Washington and travels through Canada, California, Texas, Florida, and the East Coast before concluding with headlining appearances at **Sonic Temple** and **Boardwalk Rock** in May. The Dallas stop on April 28 is the only Texas date included in the new routing.

Bassist **Steve Harris** said the band reconsidered its planned break after enjoying the recently completed North American shows and wanted to bring the production to areas that had been missed, particularly the Northwest and Southeast.

"We can't get everywhere but we can try," **Harris** said, adding that the group also wanted to take on two additional American festival appearances before closing the tour.

**Bullet For My Valentine** and **The Raven Age** will support **Iron Maiden**, creating what the band described as its first three-band British touring bill since 1983\. **Bullet For My Valentine** will arrive behind its forthcoming album *Social Apocalypse*, scheduled for release March 19, 2027.

The extension will mark the definitive conclusion of the *Run For Your Lives Tour*. By the time the final show ends, **Iron Maiden** expects the anniversary trek to have played 107 concerts for more than three million fans across 36 countries. **Eddie's Dive Bars** will also return in selected cities along the route.

**Iron Maiden** Fan Club presales begin Monday, Oct. 19, at 10 a.m. local time. Additional presales will take place throughout the week before tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 23, at 10 a.m. local time. Festival passes follow separate onsale schedules.
